These terms are demo content for the fictional Ravelin Hill estate. Replace them with your own.
You must be 21 or over
We only sell wine to people aged 21 or over. By ordering, you confirm that you are. Every delivery must be signed for by an adult aged 21 or over, who is asked for photo ID; we can’t leave wine on a doorstep.
Orders
Prices include tax where it applies. If a wine sells out before we ship your order, we’ll offer you another or a full refund.
The wine club
Club shipments renew each month or quarter on the date you joined. You can change the wines, skip a shipment or leave from the link in any club email, up to a week before it ships.
Gift vouchers
Vouchers are valid for two years and can’t be exchanged for cash.
Tastings and events
Tastings are poured only to guests aged 21 or over. We may refuse service to anyone who has had enough. Event deposits are explained in your event agreement.
Drink responsibly
Please enjoy our wines in moderation, and never drink and drive.
