Members taste the next vintage while it's still in oak: twice a year we draw it straight from the barrel in the cellar under the hill.
How a shipment goes
We write
Two weeks before a shipment, an email with the wines and notes on each, and a link to change or skip it.
We pack
Bottles in a recycled case, cool-packed in summer, with Clara's notes and a recipe.
You sign
Someone 21 or over signs for it, or you pick it up at the cellar door with a glass on us.
Questions about the club
Can I skip a shipment?
Yes, as many as you like. The email before each shipment has a link to skip it, change the wines or pause the club.
Can I choose my own wines?
Cellar Six and Cellar Twelve members can swap any wine in a shipment for another of the same price or more. The Pair is always Clara's choice.
Is there a minimum time?
No. Stay for one shipment or twenty; leave with one click in your account or an email to us.
Can I give the club as a gift?
Yes: a club quarter is one of our gift vouchers, and it can turn into a membership if they like it.
