What we collect
When you order, join the club or book a tasting we keep your name, email, delivery address and date of birth (to confirm you are 21 or over). Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your card.
Cellar letters
If you sign up, we keep your email to send a few letters a year. Every letter has a link to leave.
Analytics
We count visits without cookies. Google Analytics only runs if you accept it in the cookie banner.
